The GATT database contains the final text of the GATT Uruguay Round Agreements including the Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization signed on April 15, 1994. The Uruguary Round Agreements Acts, P.L. 103-465 (H.R. 5110) signed December 8, 1994 and the Statement of Administrative Action issued by the President that summarized and describes significant administrative action proposed to implement the Uruguay Round agreements are also in this database. Other documents include the GATT Uruguay Round Agreements Report on Environmental Issues, Ministerial Decisions and Declarations, and additional Administrative Statements on the Uruguay Round agreements. A document is an act, report, agreement, section of an agreement, statement.

This database includes documents released for publication by the United States Congress, the Office of the United States Trade Representative and the Executive office of the President.
